Fast & Easy Claim Process

RMA issued — we’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorisation number and a one-page service form.
Securely ship — return the watch via tracked, insured courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.).
Inspection & resolution — our watchmakers service or swap the piece and send it straight back.

Average workshop turnaround: 10–15 working days after we receive the watch.

Exclusions (What Isn’t Covered)

Intentional damage — impact cracks, chemical exposure, deliberate misuse.
Normal wear — minor scratches, strap ageing, plating fade over time.
Improper water use — crowns left unscrewed, non-diver models submerged.

If that model is discontinued, you may pick any item of equal value from the current catalogue.
